OFFICIAL RULES

• Open to legal residents who are 18 years of age or older.
• Entrants must be able to attend all necessary appointments at Knoblach Hearing Care.
• The hearing technology portion of the prize is intended for a winner with hearing loss that can appropriately benefit from the offered hearing technology, as determined through a comprehensive hearing evaluation.
• Employees of Knoblach Hearing Care, their immediate family members, and members of their households are not eligible to enter.
• By entering, participants agree that Knoblach Hearing Care may contact them by email and/or telephone regarding the contest.
• By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules.

• Start Date: September 1, 2026
• Entry Deadline: October 30, 2026
• All entries must be received by the end of the day on October 30, 2026.

Limit one entry per person. Multiple eligible members of the same household may each submit an entry.

By submitting an entry, you agree to the communication terms described in Section 7 below.

Entrants may submit their story using one of the following methods:

• Email: Send your story and complete contact information to management@knoblachhearing.com.
• Mail: Send your story to Knoblach Hearing Care, 2480 East Bay Drive, Suite 17, Largo, FL 33771.
• In Person: Deliver your story to Knoblach Hearing Care at 2480 East Bay Drive, Suite 17, Largo, FL 33771.

Each entry must include the entrant’s name and sufficient contact information to allow Knoblach Hearing Care to notify the entrant if selected.

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• The drawing will take place at noon on Sunday, November 1, 2026, during a live Facebook broadcast.
• Email entries will be printed and placed into generic envelopes. Mailed and hand-delivered entries will also be placed into identical generic envelopes so that all eligible entries appear substantially the same during the drawing.
• The winner does not need to be present during the drawing.
• The selected entrant will be contacted by telephone and/or email using the contact information supplied with the entry.
• If the selected entrant cannot be reached, declines the prize, is determined to be ineligible, or cannot accept the applicable prize, another eligible entry may be selected at random from the remaining entries.
• Only the initial drawing will be conducted live. Any necessary subsequent drawing may be conducted privately by Knoblach Hearing Care.

The qualified winner will receive a hearing-care package valued at up to $8,000, which may include:

• Ear cleaning, if medically appropriate and needed.
• A comprehensive hearing evaluation.
• A professionally fit set of Signia Pure 7IX rechargeable prescription hearing aids with charger, when clinically appropriate for the winner’s hearing needs.
• Professional programming based upon the winner’s evaluated hearing loss and individual hearing needs.
• Instruction regarding use, care and charging of the hearing aids.
• Follow-up appointments for appropriate fitting adjustments and fine-tuning.
• Lifetime in-office hearing-aid care provided by Knoblach Hearing Care for the awarded devices.

The actual value of the prize may vary depending upon the services and hearing technology appropriate for the winner.

The prize has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, transferred, substituted or exchanged by the winner except as otherwise determined necessary by Knoblach Hearing Care.

Because prescription hearing technology must be professionally selected and fit to an individual’s hearing needs, the selected entrant must complete a hearing evaluation before receiving hearing aids.

If the selected entrant does not have a hearing loss for which the advertised hearing technology is clinically appropriate, Knoblach Hearing Care may select another eligible entrant at random from the remaining entries.

Contact information submitted with an entry will be used by Knoblach Hearing Care for administration of the contest and for the communications described below. Contact information will not be sold to third parties.

By submitting a story, you agree that Knoblach Hearing Care may contact you by email regarding the “A Christmas Worth Hearing” contest and may send you occasional hearing-care information, news, special offers, future promotions, and information about opportunities to participate in clinical research or product studies. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Because the drawing will be broadcast live on Facebook, the selected winner’s name may be announced during the broadcast.

Submission of a story does not, by itself, grant Knoblach Hearing Care unrestricted permission to publish or use that story for future advertising or promotional purposes. Any additional use of an entrant’s story, photographs, testimonial, or other personal material will be subject to separate permission from that individual.

Knoblach Hearing Care reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Official Rules.

Knoblach Hearing Care also reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the promotion from being conducted as intended.

Decisions regarding eligibility, administration of the drawing and fulfillment of the prize will be made in accordance with these Official Rules.
